I am a PhD Candidate in Experimental Psychology at the University of Ottawa, specializing in developmental and cognitive psychology.

My research focuses on how major socializers, such as parents, guardians, and teachers, influence children’s math identities and learning. I am also interested in numerical cognition, particularly in how it relates to math learning.

My work has been published in outlets such as Journal of Experimental Psychology: General and Education Sciences, and I have received recognition including a Psychonomics Student Conference Award. 

I am dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion within the research community. I am actively involved in initiatives related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ).

 As the co-founder and Chair of the Women in Cognitive Science Canada (WiCSC) Trainee Board, I help develop national resources and opportunities for cognitive science trainees of all genders across Canada. I also serve on the governing board of uOttawa’s Psychology Students for Systematic Transformation, where I support initiatives that strengthen equity, inclusion, and student advocacy within uOttawa's School of Psychology.

I further contribute to the international research community through my role as the DEIJ Chair for the Mathematical Cognition and Learning Society (MCLS), where I work to foster a more inclusive and accessible environment for members at all career stages.
